Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Request a Return

Contact us at info@abgavenue.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at info@abgavenue.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
